Implementation approach
The integration used Scout's API to ingest candidate profiles and job preferences, then surface ranked opportunities within the existing candidate dashboard. Resume tailoring ran server-side, with candidates reviewing and approving applications in a single click. ATS compatibility checks ran before every submission to reduce rejection rates from formatting issues.
