AiGiri was founded on a simple observation: enterprise AI adoption was failing not because of a lack of technology, but because of the gap between AI capabilities and practical implementation. Most companies could see what AI could do. Almost none had a clear path to making it happen safely, quickly, and at a cost that made business sense.
Our story
Started in the gap between possibility and production.
Before AiGiri, our founders spent years inside large companies watching the same pattern repeat: a promising AI proof-of-concept that never made it past the demo. Not because the idea was wrong, but because the journey from "this works in a notebook" to "this runs in production" turned out to be longer, harder, and more expensive than anyone had planned for.
We started AiGiri to close that gap. Not by offering consulting reports that end with a recommendation to hire more people, but by actually building the systems — and staying accountable to the outcomes.
Today we work with companies ranging from 50-person startups to multi-site enterprise groups. The common thread is that they want AI that works in their environment, with their data, integrated into the tools their teams already use — and they want to be able to measure the result.

Production over prototype
We measure our work by what runs in production, not what demos in a boardroom. Every engagement ends with deployed, monitored, working software — or it doesn't end.
Outcome before output
We don't optimise for lines of code, model parameters, or impressive benchmarks. We optimise for the business outcome you hired us to deliver — and we define that in writing at the start.
Honest over agreeable
If your AI initiative has a flaw, we'll tell you before we take your money, not after. If a cheaper solution exists, we'll recommend it. Long-term partnerships are built on trust, not sales.
Domain depth over surface breadth
We work in specific industries and build genuine expertise. We'd rather be excellent in five verticals than mediocre in fifty. When we take on a new domain, we commit to understanding it properly.
